Arriving by car is perfectly acceptable ….. Are you arriving by boat?

My studio is less than 5 mins walk from Hardway Sailing Club which is situated on the west side of Portsmouth Harbour they take visiting sailors on pontoons and there is a club bar , check if it’s suitable for your boat as it drys to mud.
